Video: Your EOB Statement – Plain and Simple

This video explains each section of an Explanation of Benefits statement, including:

  • Date of your service
  • Cost of your service
  • What you are responsible for paying

    • The EOB helps you keep track of your services and that you’re being charged correctly. If you’re a HAP member, you can sign up to receive EOBs electronically. Log in to your member account, and click on Paperless Options at the top of the page.
