• $820 Prepaid Benefits Mastercard: Receive $205 per quarter (with rollover) to use on over-the-counter items, copays, and more.
• Vision Benefits: A $150 allowance, plus additional discounts at Henry Ford Health’s OptimEyes locations.
• Dental Coverage: We pay 100% dental coverage for preventive and comprehensive services up to $2,000.
