Staying healthy is more important than ever. Here at HAP, we encourage members to stay on top of their wellness screenings and tests. To further incentivize healthy behavior, and to reward Medicare Advantage members for taking important steps, we offer the HAP Healthy Living Reward Program. You'll earn rewards for tests and services you're probably already planning on getting.
If you have a chronic health condition, take advantage of our Care Management programs.
Licensed and board-certified doctors are on hand to treat non-emergent illnesses, such as colds, flu, headaches, rashes, sinus infections and pink eye. Telehealth is a safe and easy way to see a health provider when going in person isn't an option.
Health Alliance Plan (HAP) has HMO-POS plans with Medicare contracts. Enrollment depends on contract renewal.
