Manage your HAP Medicare plan online

Your personal account offers secure self-service tools to estimate the costs of medical procedures, look up prescription drug information, register for member-exclusive discounts and view documents such as claims and explanations of benefits.

HAP now has text messaging! As a member, you will start receiving texts about your plan. All messages will come from 84726 and begin with "HAP Medicare:". If you do not receive any texts and would like to opt-in, sign up here or text HAPMEDICARE to 84726. Message and data rates may apply.

Find a doctor/ pharmacy in a specific HAP Medicare Advantage plan network

Click on your plan name below and use our Find a Doctor tool to find in-network doctors, facilities and pharmacies. Log into your member account to see customized search results for your health plan and find and select a primary care physician.

HAP offers plans to cover both brand-name and generic prescription drugs at thousands of pharmacies in our network, including retail, mail-order, medical center, long-term care and Indian Health, Tribal and Urban pharmacies.

If you travel, you can get your prescriptions drugs at any network pharmacy with nationwide locations (like CVS).

Health Alliance Plan (HAP) has HMO, HMO-POS, PPO plans with Medicare contracts. HAP Medicare Complete Duals (HMO D-SNP) and HAP Medicare Complete Assist (PPO D-SNP) are Medicare health plans with Medicare contracts and a contract with the Michigan Medicaid Program. Enrollment depends on contract renewals.
