As a Henry Ford Health team member, you’re eligible for the Henry Ford Health Medicare Advantage Employee Referral Program, where you can be entered into drawings to win prizes worth $100 in the Medicare Advantage employee referral contest! Family members and friends can enroll in Medicare throughout the year when they turn age 65, and annually during the annual enrollment period between Oct. 15 and Dec. 7.
Simply share this link – hap.org/hfhreferral – with Medicare-eligible family members/friends. There, the family member/friend can request a free information kit. When they list you in the “Referred By” field, you will be entered in a prize drawing. Only Henry Ford Health employees are eligible to enter the contest.
