Medicare Parts A and B Reimbursement
HAP FEHB retiree members who have Medicare parts A and B are eligible to earn up to $800 per year to go toward their Medicare part B premium payments. Staring January 1, 2025, if you choose to join one of our MAPD plans, HAP offers eligible FEHB Retiree Members up to $1,800 in Part B reimbursement for our MAPD High Option Plan and up to $1,200 in Part B reimbursement for our MAPD Standard Option Plan. Eligible members must submit proof of Medicare Part B payments on a monthly basis to receive reimbursement.

How to enroll
During the open enrollment season, anyone eligible to participate in the FEHB program may enroll, change health plans or options, cancel your FEHB enrollment, and change participation in premium conversion. Each payroll office uses a different way to enroll. Open season for the 2025 plan year begins November 11 and runs through December 9.
